protein crunchwrap copycat

ingredients:

1 lb ground choice of meat
1 packet of taco seasoning
4 tostadas
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup nonfat greek yogurt
1 cup shredded mexican cheese
shredded lettuce
diced tomato
hot sauce

directions:

1. cook ground meat and taco seasoning as instructed on packet.
2. mix greek yogurt & desired amount of hot sauce together.
3. after prepping ingredients, lay one flour tortilla on a flat surface.
4. layer 1/4 of the prepared taco meat, greek yogurt mixture, and cheese in the center of tortilla. add desired amount of lettuce and tomato on top.
5. fold edges of tortilla towards the center.

acai bowls

ingredients:

1 packet frozen acai blend
1 frozen, ripe banana
1/3 cup almond milk

topping ideas:
nut butter
fruit
honey/agave
granola/shredded coconut
bee pollen
chia/hemp/flax seeds
cacao nibs/choc chips
goji berries
cinnamon

directions:

1. add acai packet, banana, and milk into a blender.
2. blend until smooth, then pour mixture into a bowl.
3. add your toppings!

easy oatmeal cookies

ingredients:

3 cups old-fashioned oats
1 3/4 cups flour
2 tsp cornstarch 1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3 large eggs
1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tbsp vanilla extract

directions:

1. preheat oven to 375°F.
2. stir sugars, eggs, vanilla extract, & butter in a large bowl, until combined.
3. add flour, constarch, baking soda, salt, & cinnamon to bowl, and stir until combined.
4. next, add oats to dough mixture. stir again until oats are evenly distrubuted throughout dough.
5. store dough in fridge and chill for at least 30 minutes. if you can, chill overnight!
6. once dough has been chilled, take dough out of the fridge, and lay a sheet of parchment paper onto an oven-safe pan.
7. roll dough into small balls, placing them onto the parchment paper. space them out at least 2in away from each other.
8. place pan into oven, and cook for 8-12 mins.
9. after cooking, take cookies out of oven and let sit for at least 15mins.
